About your internship with us
As an intern with us, you will be part of a national team at Adecco’s office in Gothenburg. You will primarily support recruitment managers in their daily work and you will gain a great insight into the entire recruitment process. Furthermore, you will primarily have a lot of contact with candidates and you will use the phone and computer as your main work tool.
Examples of tasks may include:
– Search
– Reference taking
– Designing advertisements
– Screening
– Telephone interviews
– Writing candidate presentations
The internship will start in the fall of 2025 and will continue during the following semester as agreed. The work is scheduled full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., taking into account any work or report that must be written for the school.

About you
We are looking for someone who has completed post-secondary education and is eligible to do an internship in the fall of 2025. You may also be eligible for an internship through the Swedish Public Employment Service. We believe that you may have previously worked in an administrative or service capacity of some kind, and with telephone and computer tools. In your studies, you may have touched on HR issues and recruitment and are curious to know more about it. Furthermore, we look positively on your interest in using digital recruitment channels such as Linkedin and Facebook and that you are comfortable using both English and Swedish as working languages.
As a person, you are social, unpretentious and enjoy taking on tasks from low to high. You are service-oriented, communicative and appreciate working in a fast-paced environment where one day is not the same as the next. Furthermore, we see that you have a positive attitude towards challenges, are meticulous and structured and responsible in your own work. The fact that you are a competition-focused person who enjoys getting involved in business will be the key to your success as an intern at Adecco!
Important for practice is:
– That you are studying within HR or similar
– That you are eligible to complete an internship, either through your education at a college/university or through the Swedish Public Employment Service
– That you are confident in using Swedish and English as a working language in both speech and writing
– That you are social, responsible and meticulous and are not afraid of challenges
