11. CV upload and creation
When uploading or creating a CV, we collect data such as name, contact details, education, experience, etc. The purpose is to allow matching with potential employers.

Retention: 6 months from last activity
You can delete your CV or request access anytime.
12. Communication between users
Messages between candidates and companies are stored for up to 12 months to facilitate ongoing communication. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
13. Job advertisements
Published job ads remain visible until removed by the user or deemed no longer relevant. Previous listings may remain visible publicly.
14. Payments
We use WooCommerce with Stripe and Fortnox/Bjorntech integrations for payment processing. We process name, contact details, order and invoice data. Card details are not stored by us.
Retention: 7 years
